Prepared for PE: Please remind your student to bring in sneakers and a change of shirt for physical education. During the winter many students wear boots to school because of the weather, but they cannot participate in physical education without sneakers. All students have PE lockers and we encourage them to leave a pair of sneakers and a shirt in their locker.
After-School Activities: Please keep in mind that students must be present in school to participate in any after-school activities including sports, musical practices, etc.
Don’t Hold the Door: Just a friendly reminder not to hold the door for folks behind you when entering the school. This feels rude, but it’s for the safety of the students. We prefer to allow the secretaries to speak with each parent separately at the buzzer so we can screen all guests before they enter the building. Thank you for your help.
Student Drop-off: To keep all students safe, please use the parent pick-up/drop-off circle near the gym for student transportation to and from school. Leaving students in the bus circle is dangerous and causes traffic issues.

Preparado para educación física: Por favor, recuérdele a su estudiante que traiga zapatillas y una camisa para cambiarse para la educación física. Durante el invierno, muchos estudiantes usan botas para ir a la escuela debido al clima, pero no pueden participar en educación física sin zapatillas deportivas. Todos los estudiantes tienen casilleros de educación física y los alentamos a que dejen un par de zapatillas y una camisa en su casillero.
Actividades después de la escuela: tenga en cuenta que los estudiantes deben estar presentes en la escuela para participar en cualquier actividad después de la escuela, incluidos deportes, prácticas musicales, etc.
No sostenga la puerta: solo un recordatorio amistoso de no sostener la puerta para las personas que están detrás de usted al ingresar a la escuela. Esto se siente grosero, pero es por la seguridad de los estudiantes. Preferimos permitir que las secretarias hablen con cada padre por separado en el timbre para que podamos evaluar a todos los invitados antes de que ingresen al edificio. Gracias por tu ayuda.
Dejar a los estudiantes: Para mantener seguros a todos los estudiantes, utilice el círculo para dejar/recoger a los padres cerca del gimnasio para el transporte de estudiantes hacia y desde la escuela. Dejar a los estudiantes en la rotonda del autobús es peligroso y causa problemas de tráfico.
